Philosophy & Goals

I believe strongly in closely tailoring a therapeutic approach so that it fully honors each person’s individual personality and life circumstance. My goal is to establish a therapeutic process founded on non-judgmental support and full collaboration at all times. I utilize techniques drawn from individual psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, and parent counseling, as indicated.
